We are thrilled to announce that the Bill Fischbeck Memorial Scholarship for 2023 is still open and we are accepting applications until May 26th, 2023!
The scholarship award is open to all high school seniors who are children or grandchildren of employees of an HVOEC member or associate member company.
To be eligible, a HVOEC member or associate member company must be the company specified in the HVOEC membership application.
Our annual scholarship award honors the memory Bill Fischbeck’s nurturing spirit. A dedicated HVOEC member, Bill always strove to mentor, foster and steer young people in positive directions.
Bill led by example and the scholarship award serves not only to remember his positive influence, but to continue keeping his spirit with us by assisting students in furthering their pursuits and providing a path to help them contribute to the world of tomorrow.
To be eligible for the 2023 scholarship, applications must be received no later than May 26, 2023.
